The John B. Pierce Laboratory contains 51,256 square feet of research, office and common space, adapted and maintained by an exceptional building support staff. Research space includes fully equipped laboratories for conducting studies in cell biology, physiology, sensory psychology, air quality, and environmental interactions. Additional specialized facilities include cell culture and electron microscopy laboratories, and six temperature and humidity controlled chambers.
